We begin by verifying recruitment documents provided by the employer, including the demand letter, power of attorney, employment contract, and other legal authorizations.
Once documents are authenticated, we obtain pre-approval from the Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE) to legally proceed with the recruitment process.
Vacancies are published through newspapers, job portals, and JobTrack’s internal database. We then identify and invite qualified candidates based on the job criteria.
Our team conducts initial interviews, skill tests, and document verification to shortlist the most suitable candidates for the employer.
Shortlisted candidates are presented to the employer (in person or virtually) for final interviews and trade testing, if applicable.
Candidates who pass the interview undergo a medical examination from a government-approved medical center to ensure they are fit for employment abroad.
We coordinate closely with embassies and concerned authorities to handle visa application, approval, and stamping procedures on behalf of the selected candidates.

After receiving final clearance from DoFE, we book air tickets and coordinate travel plans to ensure a smooth departure for the candidate.
